Lack of having a hydrocyclone testing facility in a mineral processing laboratory

Providing the perfect solution: : The Tornado Test Rig is designed for mineral processing laboratories and the onsite evaluation of potential hydrocyclone applications. It comes in two variations: Small (1”-2”) and Medium (1”-5”).

This product is a stand-alone unit with its own sump, pump, piping valves, motor starter, etc. The arrangement is provided for fitting and operating hydrocyclones of 1” to 5”. The hydrocyclone is provided with a range of vortex finders and spigots to permit the variation of performance.

The Hydrocyclone Test Rig is mounted on wheeled trolley base, complete with by-pass facility, control valves and electric panels.
