Providing the perfect solution: The Tega Spill-Ex skirt sealing system provides the best solution when it comes to sealing the belt at the conveyor loading zone. Adjustable to sync with the profile of the belt, it can compensate for the gap created by the belt sagging, thereby providing an effective seal to the entire loading zone.

The innovative use of the serrated clamp restricts the upward movement of the block caused due to the vibration of the belt. The unique guide block ensures that no gap is created between the blocks when they are adjusted. The low hardness and the low abrasion properties of the Tega rubber go a long way in enhancing the life of the belt as well as the rubber blocks.

  • Side Skirt Sealing: Skirt sealing is generally provided on both sides of the conveyor loading zone. The different variants of the backing plate and the rubber block module are available to suit the application.
  • Rear Skirt Sealing: This form of sealing is provided with a fixed length backing skirt plate that is based on a chute opening for a unidirectional belt. The height of the rubber blocks are more to compensate for the trough height.
