Classifying Hydrocyclones
Lack of solutions for mill circuit classifications
Providing the perfect solution: This genre of hydrocyclones are designed with improved inlet geometry to achieve maximum separation efficiency and sharper classification. They are made entirely from highly wear-resistant rubber liners and are housed in mild steel casing. In the case of very high abrasion applications, a special grade of NbSiC liners are provided to ensure longevity.
Classifying cyclones find widespread usage in closed circuit grinding operations with Ball mills and SAG mills that are a part of almost every mineral industry (such as Gold, Copper, Zinc, Iron, Coal and Alumina) as well as other important industries.
