Providing the perfect solution: Our wide range of Rubber Liners, manufactured from special rubber compound, is ideal for abrasion, impact and corrosion applications vis-a-vis all types of transfer points.

Aggression Rubber

These are excellent impact and wear resistant liners manufactured through high pressure moulding. It dampens the impact forces and helps to reduce vibrations and noise levels. The liners are bendable and can be easily cut at site as per requirement. They are supplied in the following variants:

  • With steel reinforced holes
  • Without steel reinforced holes to be cut & drilled at site as per requirement.

Aggression Steel-back Rubber

This range of liners has the added benefit of steel reinforcement along with high quality rubber compound. The added reinforcement offers stability during bolt or stud fixing on challenging surfaces.

Aggression PSB rubber

These liners provide impact absorption in areas with an unfavourable impact angle (10° to 50°) thereby extending the life of the equipment. The corrugated surface offers close to 90° impact angle to negate chances of abrasive wear.

Aggression Prime rubber

This is a specifically designed rubber liner that is impregnated with nano-particles to improve the impact as well as abrasion resistance. With this added benefit, this liner outperforms every traditional rubber liner when it comes to longevity.

Tega DynaPrime range has been designed specifically for the bigger size of the mills where modern liner handlers are available. Tega DynaPrime has been engineered to reduce the number of pieces being installed inside the mill, substantially reducing the installation downtime for maximum mill operation up-time.

Tega DynaPrime puts safety above all and has taken measures to render the reline site safe. Bolting from outside and lesser weight of the lining considerably reduces any risk during the installation of the liner.
