Mehul Mohanka
Managing Director & Group CEO
Mehul Mohanka is the Managing Director and Group CEO of the Company. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from University of Calcutta and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh. Further, he completed an advanced management program from Harvard Business School. He is associated with the Indian Chamber of Commerce as President. He is associated with the Mining and Construction Equipment Division of Confederation of Indian Industry as the Chairman and is the Co-chair of the National Committee on Mining of the Confederation of Indian Industry. He was also the chairman of the West Bengal State Council of the Confederation of Indian Industry. He has been associated with the Company since almost two decades and has been instrumental in diverse functions of the Company, such as sales and operations.
Manoj Kumar Sinha
Director - Global Operations
Manoj Kumar Sinha is our Director Operations. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Sambalpur University. He has been associated with the Company since September 28, 2015. He was previously associated with Tata Engineering and Locomotive Company Limited, New Holland Tractors (India) Private Limited and Sterling Generators Private Limited.
Sharad Kumar Khaitan
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Sharad Kumar Khaitan is our Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He has overall experience of almost two decades. Prior to working with Tega he was associated with Atria Convergence Technologies & ITC Limited.
Pratik Basu Roy
President – Product Management, Global Sales & Marketing
Pratik Basu Roy is our President – Product Management, Global Sales & Marketing.
He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Mangalore University and a Post-Graduate in Management from NMIMS, Mumbai. He has been associated with the company since November 20, 2023. He brings a rich and diverse Global experience in various industries like Automobile OEMS, Renewable Energy, Heavy Engineering, Tier -1Auto-components and Pharmaceuticals. He has been responsible for P&L management as Business Head, Strategy & Planning, M&A and Post-merger Integration, Business Development, Sales and Marketing, Investor Relations etc in his past organisations. He has been associated with organisations like Siemens Wind Energy, Maruti Suzuki India Limited, Wockhardt Limited, Suzlon Energy Limited, Birla Tyres and the Varroc Group.
Mr. Shiraj Chakraborty
President – Human Resources & Administration
Born & brought up in Delhi, Shiraj completed his Bachelors degree followed by a Masters in Statistics from Delhi University. He then went on to complete an MBA in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management in Pune. He brings in a rich and diverse experience of 25 years. He started his career in June 2000 as an HR Management Trainee with GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare and went on to assume positions of increasing responsibility with reputed Global and Indian organisations like RoundGlass Wellbeing, Greaves Cotton, Viacom18 and Kohler Corporation. Prior to joining Tega Industries, Shiraj was in a Strategic HR Advisory & Consulting role with multi-business organisations, working closely with their Leadership teams on effort priorities pertaining to organisation & leadership capacity building, technology integration of HR process & systems and growth focused talent management programs
