CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR) PLAN FOR FINANCIAL YEAR 2024-25

The Annual Action Plan (AAP) for FY 2024-25 outlines Tega Industries limited (“the Company”) commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) by strategically allocating a budget of INR 2,61,97,770 across diverse projects in Promotion of education, Health, Livelihood, cultural heritage etc. This plan details following things:

  • The list of CSR projects or programs that are approved by the CSR committee to be undertaken in areas or subjects specified in Schedule VII of the Act.
  • The Utilization of Funds and Implementation Schedules
    • Modalities of Utilization of Funds
    • Monitoring and Evaluation

A. CSR Programs details

About the Program/ Initiative Focus Areas as per Schedule VII Mode of Implementation

Note:The CSR Committee reserves the right to modify, add, or remove projects and reallocate funds during FY 2024-25

B. Utilization of Funds and Implementation Schedules

Modalities of Utilization of Funds:

  • The CSR budget is fixed as per the provisions of the Act, Rules, and Guidelines, not less than 2% of the average net profits of the company during the three immediately preceding financial years.
  • Budget approval by the Board on the recommendation of the CSR Committee.
  • Direct disbursement to partner organizations/beneficiaries with CSR Committee & Board approval.
  • Disbursement in phases/tranches based on expenses incurred & submission of relevant supporting documents.

Monitoring and Evaluation

  • Monthly Progress Reports: All activities should submit monthly/quarterly reports detailing progress, challenges, and financial expenditure.
  • Quarterly Review Meetings: Conduct meetings with project partners/ coordinators to discuss progress, address issues, and make necessary adjustments.
  • Site Visits: Regular site visits to verify on-ground implementation and gather real-time feedback.
  • Beneficiary Feedback: Implement a system to gather feedback from beneficiaries for continuous improvement.
  • Utilization/Completion Certificate: To be issued by the partner/beneficiary upon completion of the project before March.
  • Financial Audits: Regular audits to ensure funds are used as intended and to prevent any financial discrepancies.
  • Impact Assessments: Conduct annual impact assessments to evaluate the overall success and areas for improvement in each activity.
