Rubber Mill Liners<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Tega Mill Linings provide optimal grinding solutions in major mineral processing plants all over the world. Tega rubber lining system is the preferred lining system for secondary ball mills; regrind mills, rod mills and scrubber.<\/p>\n

Fastening System<\/h3>\n

Tega reinforced lifters have an integrated (vulcanized) aluminium channel to accommodate the fixing clamp. Non-reinforced Tega Lifter Bars are installed with detachable steel clamps which can slide inside the groove on the lifter base and be bolted to the mill shell. Tega Lining bolt attachment systems are compatible with conventional attachment for rubber lining used in grinding mill. The latter are available with steel as well, if requested because of very high or low pH- values<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Depending on the duty condition, selection of metal embedding is done on the liners and is necessarily used for primary grinding application. It can be rolled or in cast form, depending on the impact and abrasion and the resistance property needed for the application. Tega PM lining system is the preferred lining system for SAG, AG primary ball mills.<\/p>\n
