Damos soluciones enfocadas en la necesidad de cada cliente. Desarrollamos dise\u00f1os que optimizan la mantenci\u00f3n de equipos y que eliminan o disminuyen los riesgos asociados a dicha tarea. As\u00ed mejora la eficiencia del equipo y se incrementa su vida \u00fatil.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"continuidad-operacional\">Continuidad operacional<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de realizar an\u00e1lisis de tasas de desgaste que exist\u00edan en los trommel y teniendo en consideraci\u00f3n que en \u00e9ste exist\u00edan problemas de ca\u00edda de mallas y taponamiento de las mismas, se comenzaron a realizar distintos dise\u00f1os y simulaciones para este equipo. Lo anterior, teniendo en consideraci\u00f3n que el cliente necesitaba alcanzar seis meses de operaci\u00f3n continua, donde solo se lograban cuatro meses<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>lo primero fue redise\u00f1ar la geometr\u00eda de las mallas y del sistema de anclaje de \u00e9sta al trommel. En este estudio se incluy\u00f3 c\u00f3mo afectar\u00eda el cambio de tama\u00f1o del slot en el P80 del equipo.
