The following are the types of services rendered: -

a) Conveyor Audit for Spillage control: An in-depth study and observation of the conveyor and its operation is done from the point of view of specifically finding out the reason for spillage & other anomalies in the system in general. Based on the observation and analysis of the findings, recommendations are made for necessary improvement. Optional services are rendered to the client in case desired to implement the improvements suggested. Based on the past case studies of such jobs undertaken it has been found that not only this service helps in improving the spillage control but also in reducing the operation and maintenance cost to a considerable extent.

b) Turnkey Spillage Control: Jobs are undertaken to control spillage starting study of the site, recommending the improvements to be made, supply & installation of spillage control products I equipments, installing and making necessary modification in the conveyor system. if any, that may be required, commission and monitoring the performance after commission for a particular period and thereafter handing over the conveyor to the client.

c) Annual Service Contract: This encompasses regular check-up and necessary adjustments of the equipments I products installed. This includes providing regular feedback on wear pattern and forecasting the spares required for replacement including replacing the spares as and when needed.

Supervision of installation for the products supplied:

Supervision services are rendered against equipment / products supplied for the conveyor for proper installation as per the installation norms. Commissioning is also done and then a brief training of the workmen of the client is provided for proper maintenance and upkeep of the equipment.
