These liners consist of segmented blocks of shell liners with tapered grids in between to facilitate ball packing inside it for prolonged life under aggressive mill operating conditions. These liners are very common in the high-speed application for the gold processing industry in South Africa.

Fastening System

Tega reinforced lifters have an integrated (vulcanized) aluminum channel to accommodate the fixing clamp. Non-reinforced Tega LIFTERS are installed with detachable steel clamps which can slide inside the groove on the lifter base and be bolted to the mill shell. Tega LINING bolt attachment systems are compatible with conventional attachment for rubber lining used in grinding mill. The latter are available with steel as well, if requested because of very high or low pH- values.
