When I joined the Company in September 1993 as a Graduate Engineer Trainee, I was not really very aware about the Company as they kept a low profile and hardly advertised and quite honestly, I did not plan to. remain on a long term basis. However, over a period of time, I became an integral part of the family and before I realized it, I have completed 8 years with Tega! The best thing about the Company is the transparency in the work culture and the opportunities to Learn and Grow. Even while I was a Trainee, I was made in-charge of one of the most important branches of the Company! Rare it is to find such an opportunity in other companies.
