When I joined the Company in September 1993 as a Graduate Engineer Trainee, I was not really very aware about the Company as they kept a low profile and hardly advertised and quite honestly, I did not plan to. remain on a long term basis. However, over a period of time, I became an integral part of the family and before I realized it, I have completed 8 years with Tega!
The best thing about the Company is the transparency in the work culture and the opportunities to Learn and Grow. Even while I was a Trainee, I was made in-charge of one of the most important branches of the Company! Rare it is to find such an opportunity in other companies. Growth is entirely performance based and the sky is the limit! The Company enjoys the reputation of being Market Leaders in related fields and has earned high respect in the industry.
